Who do you service?

What area do you cover?  
We currently have service technicians maintaining units across the whole of Melbourne.

How often should units be serviced?
Industry recommends quarterly visits. However the Essential Services legislation passed in 2006 requires that Airconditioning Systems in commercial building are checked once a month. Regular servicing does cut down on power usage and can lead to significant running cost reductions. In larger buildings the savings can cover a significant proportion of the servicing cost.

What does a service entail? 
Service Technicians check that all mechanics and electronics are in safe and working order. They clean the air filters in all units, check air balancing and realign any components necessary.

Do you fix break downs? 
Yes, all of our technicians are fully qualified and experienced in fixing breakdowns. We will investigate the breakdown and if it's a small issue we will fix it on the spot. If the unit requires major repair, we quote the repair on the spot, and if approved we can order the necessary parts and return to fix the unit.

What is the call out rate? 
$187.00 inclusive of gst (Call out fee is $85 + gst and $85 + gst for the first hour).  After the first hour, the charge is by increments of 15 minutes.  *Parts are not included in the above rate.

What is a standard yearly package ? 
Maintenance Contracts are flexible, and can be arranged to suit the equipment and the business the equipment is servicing. Our packages range from routine to premium levels of service with 24 hour call out on break downs available. Subscription to one of our yearly packages also gives you access to priority call out for any break downs.
